    Once received, we’ll confirm your booking and get started on planning your event.

    To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 14 working days before the event.

  • Topi can provide catering with a minimum of 48 hours lead up time depending on the size and location of the catering. Please get in touch with us and we will make even the last minute event happen.

  • We usually cater within in 25 km radius from Perth but can travel into regional areas with prior arrangement.

  • Most of our menus are priced per person or item and our experienced team will guide you through the process, recommending the right quantity and variety to suit your occasion. We're here to help you get it just right, so no one leaves hungry!

  • Yes. We’re happy to serve your drinks while we provide the food at your event. We also offer a selection of wines and cocktails and would be happy to create a bespoke list to pair with your food or event.

  • We partner with a selection of special venues ranging in sizes and would be happy to recommend one. Check out our Venues page.

  • Of course. No matter if your event is for twenty or two hundred, we work with a team of bartenders, waiting staff and chefs who can help.

  • Yes. We can help with all hire of glassware, crockery and cutlery in-house. We work with a variety of suppliers that offer a range depending on the event.

  • Our team is experienced in accommodating a wide range of dietary needs and can provide delicious and appropriate alternatives for guests with special requirements. In some cases, we can design a menu that naturally includes items suitable for most dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Where needed, we can also provide individual meal replacements or clearly labelled plates or platters for guests with specific requirements.

  • No. Our kitchen does not have a special dietary area. Our kitchen does use all 14 major allergens including cerial containing gluten, celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, mustard, nuts, sesame, soy bean, sulphur dioxide, sulphites, etc.

  • Yes, all of our food is delivered to you. A delivery fee will apply to your area. If you are too far out of our locality, our staff may need to cook the food onsite, as the quality of the food may be affected by the long travel.

  • Yes. We can prepare certain foods and drop off in disposable foil trays, cold for you to reheat. These are restrictions on what items this works with, and we can discuss this with you. We can also offer the hire of heated chafing dishes for serving and keeping certain foods warm.

  • You can pay by cash or EFT transfer with a invoices number. Alternatively, you can call, and we can take your credit card payment over the phone. Please note there is a 1.5% credit Card fee.
